Welcome to the Office of Pastoral Care and Counseling of the Iowa Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church. Our office serves United Methodist clergy, United Methodist Church staff, and their families in the state of Iowa.

Confidential counseling and consultation by appointment is made available to United Methodist ministerial professionals at no charge. Appointments are available in Des Moines, and monthly in Iowa City and Cedar Rapids.

Dr. Fraser also does a variety of workshops throughout Iowa. From this site you would be able to find out almost everything you need to know to use the services offered by this office.

The Forums

The Heart of this site is behind the Forum Tab. There you will find information from the Office of Pastoral Care and Counseling, as well as a community based area for sharing ideas and resources with one another. You will need to register (which is free) in order to access the community resources.

The Calendar

There is also a calendar with information about activities and upcoming events related to the Office of Pastoral Care and Counseling. This calendar will be updated frequently. When not involved in retreats, planning, or training, Mary is usually located in her office. Please call for a consultation.
